Need help?

There are several ways to contact DFAS Retired and Annuitant Pay: online, via mail or fax, or by calling our Customer Care Center. Please note: DFAS does not have in-person service centers at any of our locations. Retirees and annuitants are encouraged to contact your branch of service retiree service organization for in-person assistance.

Retirees: Did you know you can update your mailing address online using myPay or using our AskDFAS online tool without waiting on hold? Find out more here.

SBP School Certification Students - October 1 Letter
If you already sent us your DD 2788 School Certification form for this school year (2020-2021) and you received a letter stating you need to send us another School Certification form now, please disregard the letter. The letter is dated October 1, 2020 and marked “LTR 032.” Some students received this letter in error. We apologize for the confusion.
