SCHEDULE A GOVERNMENT ROADSHOW

The mission of the Government Roadshow is to partner with the Department of Defense Acquisition Offices in the understanding of the contract entitlement, payment, and accounting processes. It will provide an avenue for assistance/response within the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) organization; and to foster teamwork between the acquisition community and DFAS.
They are booked on a first come first served basis. Each Roadshow consists of overview presentations and discussion on concerns such as:
- How DFAS pays contracts (both Contract Pay and Vendor Pay)
- Electronic Commerce Initiatives
- Special Payment Instructions
- Interest Payments
- Conversion of Contract Financing
- Tips for Successful Performance Based Payments (PBP)
- Contract Reconciliation
- DFAS Customer Service
- DFAS-CO DCMA Liaison
- Accounting to include:
- Working Capital
- General Funds
- Receivables/Reimbursables (Public or Government)
At the customers' request, we have also conducted informal working group sessions with the opportunity to address specific contract issues.
