The Military Buyback Payroll Deduction Form authorizes DFAS to initiate a reoccurring payroll deduction (biweekly payment) from your civilian pay for payment toward the Military Service Deposit amount.
Keep in mind…
- If you wish to pay the deposit, it must be paid in full prior to retiring from Federal Civil Service.
- Any payments toward your military service deposit amount are non-refundable.
- There is a minimum deduction of $25 per pay period required for each identified account. Each IAD is treated as a separate account.
