Civilian Relocation W-2 Forms

W-2 forms for civilian relocation payments you received in 2013 will be available on myPay no later than Jan 31. Look for the "Travel/Miscellaneous tax statement (W-2)" under the Taxes heading. Also, printed W-2s will be mailed at this time.

Instructions and forms for filing your Relocation Income Tax Allowance (RITA) will be included with the mailed W-2. DFAS processes RITA claims in the order they were received after the 2013 marginal tax rates are published by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). You may be entitled to file a RITA claim if you received taxable relocation entitlements (other than a RITA) during 2013. Read more on our RITA webpage.

If you have a question about the amount on your W-2, call our Customer Care Center at 1-888-332-7366.
