How to submit your AskDFAS ticket:
- Access AskDFAS here.
- Under Categories, select your Branch of Service.
- Select the most relevant dependency type.
- Enter your information.
- Attach any documentation that supports your inquiry.
- Click Submit.
After submitting via AskDFAS, a ticket number will be emailed to you for reference and updates. Please keep this ticket number for your reference.
