Out-of-service debt customers, former military members and civilian employees can check the status of their account. Use the Online Debt Payment Status Tool to check your account balance, payment information, how the last payment was received and current account status.

The debt department is responsible for the collection or settlement of delinquent debts owed the Department of Defense by former military members, former Department of Defense civilian employees, and other individuals.
Are you owed money? The claims department is responsible for processing moneys owed to former military members.
