Position Order Form
If you are a DoD agency with the appropriate DWCF or FMS funds and are ready for a position order form, send us an email. We'll send it out immediately and contact you to go over any additional information and ensure you know the process. (If you are a service member looking for a tour, please use the ‘Available Tours’ button.)
The form lets us know what you want so we can advertise and search for the right candidates. If you already have a person in mind, this same form can be used for your By-Name-Request. Either way, the one-page form is easy to complete and starts the process.
