The basic objective of core training is to assist employees in increasing their knowledge, skills and abilities in order to perform the duties of their current position or strengthen their contribution to their current organization.


Whether Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system training or basic customer service training, your core training will serve as the foundation to provide "first class products & services".


In some instances, especially if you are already a seasoned professional in your field, your core training will be more focused to getting acclimated to the DFAS organization and culture and may be more in the form of on-the-job training versus formal classroom attendance.
