Customer Experience Team




The Customer Experience Team (CXT) is dedicated to representing the needs and expectations of the DFAS customer by listening to them speak about their experience with DFAS products and services then using their feedback to identify customer enhancement opportunities.

                                           
CXT analyzes customer feedback and interactions with DFAS products and services and then maps the experience through direct customer discussions to identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

CXT will occasionally contact customers through email to schedule these one on one discussions for customers to share their experiences.
Protecting your personal information is important to us. We will never ask to discuss your account details or other private, personal information during these discussions.
