Tour Description: 24-6402, Length 1 Year: This position is the Human Resources Officer for the United States Army Flight Training Detachment, supporting the Republic of Singapore's Peace Vanguard Program. Develops and maintains liaison with servicing agencies including the Department of the Army, Arizona Army National Guard Headquarters, Security Assistance Training Field Activity, Dept. of Army Medical Command, Office of Defense Cooperation, National Guard Bureau and the US Embassy Training Program Coordinator. Designs, manages and directs military personnel and administrative services to include but not limited to: personnel and pay actions, promotions, awards, evaluation reports, travel orders, records and accessions/separation processing. Assists uniformed personnel with the provisioning of assignment benefits to include all requisite Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) transactions as well as briefings and/or direct interactions with TRICARE. Assists with the management of personnel in a highly fluid and complex operating environment and as required perform certain functions in the absence of authority. Position requires an extensive propensity to learn Foreign Military Sales-specific operations/procedures and cross-cultural competencies. Familiarity with managing HR operations including SOP generation, HR web based administrative products, manpower management including forecasting and merger/acquisitions. Knowledge of contract administration and funding requirements for personnel. Incumbent must be flexible and able to operate within multiple echelons of commands and tasking’s. Experience in Defense Travel System, Government Purchase Card, Billing Official, and public notary duties are preferred. Must possess a strong working knowledge of IPPS-A.

Tour Description: 24-6401, Length 1 Year: Incumbent serves as the Intelligence Officer (S-2) for the United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) - Peace Vanguard, a Singapore foreign military sales (FMS) program in Marana, AZ with 57 US Soldiers, 56 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Airmen, and six RSAF AH-64D Helicopters assigned. Incumbent establishes and maintains systematic, cross-referenced, intelligence records and files for an Army FMS Program. Participates in the military decision-making process during operational planning for exercises and works closely with RSAF S-2 personnel on IPB and other mission related analysis. Manages unit COMSEC and security accounts. Performs duties as assigned in support of a multi-million-dollar FMS detachment budget in accordance with DOD guidance. Preferred Candidates have working knowledge DISS/JVS, Foreign Visitor Request System, Security Clearance Management, FDO Policies, Security Cooperation Management, Base Access Requirements, Physical Security, IT Project Management, IT LiveCycle Management, Systems Access Request, G6 Policies, and Knowledge Management. Tour Description: 24-6400, Length 1 Year: Incumbent serves as a AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer for the United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) - Peace Vanguard, a Singapore foreign military sales (FMS) program in Marana, AZ with 57 US Soldiers, 56 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Airmen, and six RSAF AH-64D Helicopters assigned. Performs inspections, servicing, maintenance and repair of AH-64D Apache Helicopters while assigned to the United State Army Flight Training Detachment - USAFTD Peace Vanguard; valued in excess of 200 million dollars; completes documentation of all maintenance activities; performs periodic inspection of tool room; hangar, shop, and flight line areas; collaborates with Singapore maintenance personnel to complete maintenance and service activities. Coordinates maintenance activities with Singapore personnel to ensure success of Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and USAFTD mission.

Tour Description: 24-6399, Length 1 Year: Incumbent serves as a AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer for the United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) - Peace Vanguard, a Singapore foreign military sales (FMS) program in Marana, AZ with 57 US Soldiers, 56 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Airmen, and six RSAF AH-64D Helicopters assigned. Diagnosed and troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical and electronic components; applied principle of electricity/electronics to repair aircraft instrument systems; removed, installed, repaired, adjusted, and tested electrical/electronics elements of assemblies and comp according to technical manuals, directives and safety procedures; cleaned, preserved and stored, electrical/electronic components and aircraft instruments; maintained modifications to weapons components; fire control units; sighting elements; electronic and mechanical devices. Performed operational and preventive checks. Maintained records on weapons and subsystems.

Tour Description:
Maintain egress systems for multiple aircraft containing ACES II. Individual will be required to perform removals and installs of all egress equipment, perform time changes, as well as calendar inspections on systems. F-16 experience highly desired.

Tour Description:
The 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group is located at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ. It provides a unique opportunity for exposure to a wide variety of Department of Defense aviation assets unlike any other in the world. Duties would include performing nondestructive testing techniques on those assets and their respective aerospace equipment. Required tasks will include Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Ultrasonic, X-Ray, and JOAP/MCD analysis. If a 2A752 2 years NDI experience required to meet NAS410 standards.

Tour Description:
Serves as the Detachment Operations Sergeant S3 NCOIC. Responsible for management of United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) administrative and flight operations. Under direction of the S3 OIC, plans current/future operations ISO of FMS/detachment mission objectives and USAFTD training requirements. Responsible for the effective mission tracking and training of all FMS/detachment operations. Plans and coordinates individual, collective, and unit training. Monitors the MOSQ program. Oversees unit training, including mandated DOD programs. Supervises and validates USAFTD training standards and criteria. Works in conjunction with the S3 OIC, detachment commander, and 1SG in meeting DMOSQ and PME Standards. Other duties include Master Resilience Trainer, building/facility manager, RIFMSS scheduling, and DTMS administration. Special emphasis on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management and Republic of Singapore and/or east Asian relations.

Qualifications: Must possess a SECRET clearance; IAW the medical fitness and medical retention standards per AR 40-501, chapter 3; meet the physical requirements of AR 600-9; Must not be flagged in IPPS-A for weight, security violations or pending adverse actions

Tour Description:
Serves as the Executive Officer (XO) of the United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) - Peace Vanguard, a Singapore foreign military sales (FMS) program with 57 US Soldiers, 56 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Airmen, and six RSAF AH-64D Helicopters assigned. Assists with the oversight of administrative, logistics, and maintenance operations in support of Peace Vanguard’s mission.

Responsible for establishing and enforcing staff operation procedures, timelines, and required liaison activities. Provides task, purpose, priorities, and direction to staff in support of the commander’s intent. Ensure information flow between staff and commander, direct staff, monitor daily operations, and oversee future planning. Assists the commander with the responsibility of ensuring the unit is adequately resourced to perform its assigned mission. Assists the commander with all areas of mission readiness, training, and safety of every service member within the unit. Assume command of the unit in the Commander's absence.
