Tip #1: Email address

Make sure you add a second email address to myPay BEFORE you retire or separate. This means you’ll be able to stay connected following your transition.

Tip #2: Mailing address

If you have moved, make sure you update your mailing address (most myPay users can do this in myPay). This makes sure you’ll receive your important pay and tax statements. 

Tip #3: Hard copy statements

You can turn off your hard copy pay and tax statements in myPay and switch to electronic only delivery, which is more convenient, secure and environmentally friendly.

Settle your travel online:

You can now complete, submit and check the status of your travel voucher online. Visit the “mySolutions’ page on dfas.mil for additional details.
