Site Visits

Are you having issues getting your invoices paid? Do you have a question on the DFAS payment process? Would you like to meet the individuals you have been working with?

If you answered ‘yes’ to one or all of these questions you may be interested in a Site Visit or a teleconference (for those unable to travel).

Complete the Site Visit/Teleconference Request Form and go to askDFAS

Select Site Visit Request from the Category drop down menu to view FAQs.

Please note: Visits will be scheduled 10 working days out in order to secure visitor clearance and to coordinate DFAS personnel involved.
