Understanding the correct office for your particular DoDAAC can help you check the status of a payment, request a payment history, determine why an invoice may have been rejected and many other helpful items.
Note: DFAS Industrial Base Support Center customers, we are excited to share that on August 31, 2026, we will be implementing our new, updated Customer Verification Tool to ensure customer data is safeguarded, remain audit compliant, and improve customer satisfaction. Our new verification process will consist of three standard questions which can be found on your contract and those three questions are as follows:
- Contract or Delivery Number
- CAGE Code
- Issued By DoDAAC
How to Locate the Appropriate Office
1. Locate Your Six-Digit DoDAAC Code:
To locate your code, look on the front page of your contract in box 15 titled “Payment Will Be Made By.” There will be a six-digit code here that designates your payment office.
2. Search for Your Six-Digit DoDACC Code Here:
To identify the appropriate contact information and receive answers to your questions, select your six-digit DoDAAC code here.
