Electronic Document Management - EDMgateway
EDM is an electronic document storage and workflow system utilized to support payment and other processes in financial systems.
EDM Applications
The following applications are located and accessible within EDMgateway:
- Electronic File Room (EFR) – A web-based version of EDM that provides access to EDM document images for DoW non-DFAS personnel.
- eUpload – A web-based application in EFR utilized by the DoW workforce to upload PDF or TIF documents for processing in EDM and viewing in EFR.
- Multi-System Search Tool (MSST) – Facilitates search and retrieval of documents across multiple systems including EDM, EDA, VAS/VPS, and CEDMS.
Accessing EDM
EDMgateway allows DoW users single sign on access to EDM applications and interfaces. First-time users must create an EDMgateway profile and request access in AMPS. EDM is reserved for DFAS while EFR, eUpload, and MSST are available to the .mil community.
