Paid Student Internships

Are you ready to explore a federal career while completing your education? Consider applying for our paid Internship Program, which is dedicated to attracting, retaining and cultivating talent. Current students, enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions from high school to graduate level, are provided with paid opportunities to gain professional experience and explore federal careers while still in school. Through this program, students make an immediate impact, working on real projects that affect how our accounting, auditing, finance, information technology, or human resources run.

After Graduation

Upon graduation, you may have early access to receive a permanent job offer. Our interns are considered full-time employees by their peers; working alongside them and contributing meaningful work. Scheduled for at least eight weeks between May and September, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with other employees, as well as students from across the country. Our interns end the summer with a thorough understanding of our program, which can lead to other impactful opportunities to work during the school year.
