Log-In Problems?

You may need to register your CAC card into the MyBiz+ system. To do that, Click OK on the DOD NOTICE AND CONSENT BANNER screen.
Click on your non-email certificate at the Choose a Digital Certificate screen.
Scroll the screen to the section Smart Card Registration.
Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) -- be sure to include the dashes, e.g. 123-45-6537, in both of the blocks.
Click on the Register button.
Click on the Add Additional Application/Databases tab on the Region Association page.
Enter your SSN in the block "HR/MyBiz/MyWorkplace UserName" -- be sure to include the dashes, e.g. 123-45-6537, in both of the blocks.
Click on the Submit button to finalize your registration.
