As a recognized leader in Human Resources, we provide HR services for approximately 25,000 DoD employees from DFAS and 7 other DoD agencies.  We also provide HR services to two additional non-DoD agencies. Certifications

As a member of our team, you will receive training in federal human resources policies and processes as well as other topics such as leadership, project management, and Lean Six methodologies. You may also have the opportunity to pursue professional certifications such as:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)

  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)

  • Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional-Fundamentals (CCITP-F)

  • Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
