PATRICIA FRISCH, DIRECTOR, DFAS EUROPEPatricia Ann S. Frisch is the Director of the DFAS Europe, responsible for providing exemplary customer service and accounting and finance for Department of Defense activities, DFAS field sites and the European vendors. As the senior DFAS representative in the European theatre, Mrs. Frisch provides operational and administrative support to DFAS partners located in the Continental United States: DFAS Columbus, Indianapolis, Limestone, Rome and Texarkana. Mrs. Frisch manages business operations to meet changing or emerging program requirements for the Air Force, Army, Defense Agencies, Joint Commands and NATO Support Agency operating in Europe.
Prior to accepting her current position, Mrs. Frisch served as the DFAS Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager and served as the DFAS deputy to the U.S. Transportation Command and U. S. Air Force Directors, Financial Management Office.
Mrs. Frisch also has served as the Air Force Command Client Executive for Air Mobility Command and U.S. Air Forces in Europe. As the senior advisor to the Comptroller, she provided professional accounting and financial management advice, conducted operational assessments and program analysis, and implemented productivity initiatives and business solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiencies.
Mrs. Frisch’s career also included private sector experience managing DoD Financial Management ERP consultants. She has extensive DoD comptroller, accounting, finance, auditor and systems accountant experience with DLA and DFAS. She developed and implemented strategic plans for consolidating 26 DLA Accounting and Finance offices at Columbus, OH, where she held several director positions in Accounting and Contract Entitlements.
Mrs. Frisch’s education and certifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Master of Business Administration, Certified Defense Financial Manager and Acquisition and Federal Executive Institute graduate. Updated May 23, 2013
