Health and Wellness

DFAS promotes a healthy working environment and lifestyle. We sponsor a variety of fitness activities such as Walks with the Director, weight loss competitions, fitness challenges, wellness classes, flu vaccines, health risk assessments, and health and wellness fairs. Several DFAS locations also have on-site physical fitness centers.

DFAS Gives Back

DFAS partners with the American Red Cross to conduct regular blood drives. Employees also donate in the annual Feds Feed Families drive and collect donations of food, clothing, coats, linens, school supplies and toys.

Family Events

All 11 DFAS locations have social events such as picnics, golf outings, holiday parties and Morale Welfare Recreation activities throughout the year to help foster the rich tradition of balancing work and family life.

Employee Assistance Program

DFAS partners provide employees with a wide range of free, confidential Employee Assistance Program services to address difficulties with stress, relationships, alcohol, work or other concerns.
