Our Recent Graduates Program is for individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs and are seeking to grow their career with a dynamic, career development program. We offer extensive training, mentorship opportunities, and talent development courses, that will enable you to branch off in any direction your talents and interests lead you. To be eligible, you must apply within two years of completing your degree or certificate (except for veterans precluded from doing so due to their military service obligation, who may have up to six years to apply).
Through our Recent Graduates Program you will have the opportunity to work in one or more functional areas to gain a broader understanding of DFAS and the work we do. When you join our team, you are part of a collaborative workforce that seeks to accelerate your potential. You will have the opportunity to network with other individuals in the program as well as leaders in the organization to create impactful connections and maximize your career growth.
