Wounded in Action Vouchers Specialty Care Travel

For guidance concerning submitting a voucher for a service member or civilian that has been wounded in action, refer to policy messages 06-02 and 06-03 .

The Casualty Assistance Officer may submit these vouchers by either fax or email:

TRICARE Prime enrollees who are referred for non-emergency medical treatment more than 100 miles from the primary care manager's office are entitled to reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses.
