1. Task Name: Conduct Technical Architecture Review
2. Purpose: The technical architecture review is the final determination that technical architecture design changes are consistent with standards, supportable by service providers, and appropriate for requirements and capacity needs. The review is conducted by a Technical Architecture Review Board at the corporate level in the organization. Architecture design issues are referred to project/application architecture engineers for resolution. Technical Architecture Review Board members represent the major areas of technical architecture, including database administration, web engineering, security architecture, network engineering, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) support tool management.
