By enrolling in direct deposit, you can eliminate the possibility of a lost or stolen check, reduce the opportunity for identity theft and receive your payment in a more timely and efficient manner. The cost savings will be redistributed within the Department of Defense to support the war fighting mission.

If you live in the Continental United States, you can enroll through myPay or by contacting the Retired and Annuitant Pay call center at (800) 321-1080. You will need to know your bank routing transit number, account number, and type of account, either checking or savings.
