2009 Retired and Annuity Pay Dates:
Public Law-98-369 the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984 states that payday will always be on the first business day of the month. If the first of the month is a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, payday will always occur the next business day. The below list of paydays for 2009 are provided for your convenience.
