Out-of-Service Debt
Payment Information

An account statement with payment coupon and return envelope are provided for your convenience. If you elect to make regular monthly payments, you will receive your monthly account/billing statement approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the next payment due date. Accounts not paid-in-full within 30 days from the initial notification date are assessed interest and other charges as required by law. Refer to Collection Fees .

Minimum Monthly Payment Amounts:

Generally, accounts must be repaid in full within 36 months of our initial notice. If the original debt amount is less than $1,800, the minimum monthly payment amount is $50. If the original debt amount is greater than $1,800, the required monthly payment amount will be greater than $50 and reflected on your monthly account/billing statement. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-962-0648 to make any adjustments to your established payment amount.

At this time, we do not have the capability to process any type of payment over the telephone.

Payment Processing:

To ensure timely posting of your payment, all payments should be mailed at least 7-10 days prior to the due date on your account/billing statement. Please include your account number on the check or money order to ensure proper posting. For late payments, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-962-0648.

Accepted Types of Payments:

  • Personal Checks,
  • Cashier's Checks,
  • Money Orders.
  • Credit Cards - We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Your credit card authorization "must" include the type of card, card expiration date, card account number, payment amount, and your signature. We cannot accept a faxed in request for a credit card payment. When requesting a credit card payment ensure you complete the payment coupon and mail it to the appropriate payment address.

Lump Sum Payments:

Provided your lump sum payment is received within 30 days from the date of our initial notice, your account is settled and you will receive a zero-balance/paid-in-full billing statement within 30 days.
