Foreign Language Skill Proficiency Bonus:

Have you ever wanted to learn Arabic or Chinese? Ever wanted to find out more about the cultures of Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan? If you are enrolled in a Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (SROTC), you can earn Foreign Language and Cultural Studies Skill Proficiency Bonus (SPB) by enrolling in a critical foreign language or culture studies program under Section 619, subsection 353 (b) of the Fiscal Year 2009 National Defense Authorization Act. Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Contribution Limits for 2009:
