WAWF TRAINING
Several opportunities exist to obtain Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) training to Vendors and Department of Defense (DoD) offices.- For all Users:

- Classroom training for Contractors Vendors:
- DFAS provides FREE classroom training for new WAWF users. "Using WAWF for Vendors," is an 8 hour instructor-led class that includes complete instruction on BASIC WAWF functionality and hands-on practice. Training will cover:
- How to create and submit electronic invoices to the Government for payment
- How to search for information in WAWF
- Understanding WAWF Statutes
- Creating Templates Understanding Document Flows
- How to resubmit invoices that have been rejected to your company
- Vendor Classes are held in Cleveland or Columbus, Ohio. More information available upon registration. Go here to register for classroom training - WAWF Training

- Classroom Training for U.S Army Government Acceptors/LPOs at DFAS Indy
- DFAS provides FREE classroom training to Army Government Acceptors and LPOs.
- "Using WAWF for Acceptors" is a 6 to 8 hour instructor-led class that includes training on related WAWF functionality and hands on practice. Acceptor Training will cover:
- Overview of the WAWF tools to facilitate WAWF usage
- Review of FAR clauses behind the use of WAWF
- How to create and submit Receiving Reports
- How to sign documents - principally the Combo and the 2-n-1
- How to search/locate data and information in WAWF
- How to determine status and what actions should follow
- How to handle MISC Pay within WAWF
- LPO Training is 1 to 2 hour hands on training related to WAWF functionality and hands on practice. Training will cover:
- review and practice of Certification Functions
