Military Retired Pay Newsletter Survey Results

In the last issue of the newsletter, readers were asked to complete a brief survey to provide feedback on how the newsletter is doing in providing meaningful information. Readers were also encouraged to offer suggestions on ways to improve the newsletter.

The editors want to thank retirees for having signed up for myPay, for their active interest in the newsletter, and to those who took the time to respond.  Over 4,300 survey responses were received with results as follows:  Very Satisfied – 95 percent; ; Somewhat Satisfied – 4 percent; and Dissatisfied – 1 percent. 

Many respondents in the “Somewhat Satisfied” category offered suggestions. DFAS will continue to evaluate those suggestions and, where feasible, make every effort to address in a future issue of this newsletter.
