DFAS Retired Pay Newsletter

Some feedback on the inaugural Retired Pay Newsletter

We thank you for providing feedback to our inaugural Retired Pay Newsletter.  We were pleased to receive over 1,500 e-mail responses, the vast majority favorable to this new initiative. Your suggestions are much appreciated and we plan to use many of them in future editions of the newsletter. Please be patient, however, since they cannot all be addressed in the next issue or two.

We also received questions, processing requests and a few complaints. Ways to improve providing information to the retired and annuitant audience, and respond to your concerns are being evaluated. Just a reminder, though, that myPay provides for self-service capability and once you are logged into myPay many account changes can be made online by the retiree or annuitant.  For most efficient service on changes outside the scope of myPay, you should continue to either call the Customer Service Center at 1-800-321-1080, or fax your request to 1-800-469-6559. Of course, correspondence and documents can be mailed to:
