CAPS-W (Army) Pay Histories are available through AskFM.

To request authority to view your history, you must be approved via a Systems Authorization Access Request (SAAR).  Your Security Manager, TASO and supervisor must approve your role as a user and must be registered in the system individually.

Once approved through the SAAR process, look through the AskFM User Guide for instructions on how to obtain your pay histories when you need them.
