This article provides important information in regards to submission of
Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) payments to DFAS-CO for Fuels,
Enterprise Business System (EBS, formally BSM), Defense Logistics
Agency (DLA), Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Defense Reutilization
and Marketing Service (DRMS), or other agencies using
the Agency Location Code (ALC) of 6355 & 6551.

As of September 30, 2007, DFAS-CO will no longer accept any EFT
payments through Mellon Bank.  All payments received on this account
after September 30, 2007, will be rejected. 

Please send an e-mail to:
dfas-co-general-eft-collections@dfas.mil
on the SUBJECT Line, type- EFT CHANGE REQUEST
with the following information and DFAS-CO will contact you and
provide the new banking information:
-Company Name
-Company Address
-Company POC Name
-POC Phone Number
-POC e-mail address

A copy of the resent bill would also be very helpful. 
If your company is not currently sending payments via EFT, you may
also use the contact information below as well.
