Changing Your Address

Has your home address changed recently? If so, you should update your permanent mailing address online by accessing
myPay . Enter your pin and select ‘correspondence address’ on the main menu. The change of address information will be used to update your personnel and payroll records.

Permanent Change of Station (PCS)

When you are required to relocate, and the move is in the interest of the government, you may be reimbursed for travel to the new duty station. To determine your eligibilty visit your Human Resources Office.

You must request travel orders by completing the appropriate Request for Orders Form and Transportation Agreement. Return them to your servicing Human Resources Office as soon as possible. These forms may be found in the respective Resource Guide or the Human Resources Specialist will provide to you at the time a job offer is made and accepted.

To cut down on processing time and to preclude any amendments to your orders, ensure the information you provide is legible and accurate. Note that relocation expenses may NOT be reimbursed until travel orders have been issued.

Other Considerations

If you are enrolled in a health benefits plan that serves a limited geographic area, contact your current insurance provider to find out if you can remain with that particular plan. If you cannot remain with your current plan, contact your Human Resources Office to change your health plan.
